Filehippo has top listings of very useful freeware/shareware utilites. Another one, named snapfiles may have something u r looking for.
Few recommendations:
1) If your PC boots up and/or runs slow, try ccleaner. This cleans up registry of all the dead entries, and can also help u reclaim a lot of space on hard disk. (I reclaimed 2.1GB of space, which I thought never existed and PC boots up in half the time). This was recommended by my brother abt. 2 months ago, but I tried it only recently
2) Tired on winzip popping up annoying days counter, try open source 7-zip. I like it better then winzip.
3) Want to encrypt certain drive/file/folder, try truecrypt. Its free open-source disk encryption software for Windows Vista/XP/2000 and Linux
4) Want to convert any document to a pdf (websites page/word doc/picture etc.), try open source pdfforge
